INDICATION: (Improves digestion, useful for liver, dyspepsia)

- Senna helps in managing constipation due to its Rechana (laxative) property. Senna leaf powder along with lukewarm water also helps in managing weight by improving the Agni (digestive fire) and thus digestion due to its Deepan (appetizer) and Usna (hot) property.
- Saunf seeds might help control constipation. Fennel seeds are a rich source of dietary fiber which is important for proper functioning of the digestive system. The fiber increases the bulk of your stool and pushes the stool smoothly, thus relieving constipation.
- Amaltas – helps to manage constipation because of its purgative nature. It helps to expel waste products from the large intestine easily.
- Triphala– helps to relieve constipation because of its Rechana (mild laxative) and Vata balancing properties.
- Ajwain- Thymol present in Ajwain has carminative and antimicrobial property and is used to manage many gastrointestinal disorders like indigestion, flatulence and diarrhea. Thymol also helps release gastric juices in the stomach thereby enhancing the process of digestion.
- Black salt– is used to correct indigestion by stimulating bile production in the liver. It also helps control bloating by improving the digestive fire due to its Laghu and Ushna (hot) properties.
It is good for constipation due to its Rechana (laxative) nature. It softens hard stool and helps in easy excretion.
Directions for Use:
Churna
- Dose:- 1 to 2 table tea spoon at night after meal
- Anupana :- Fresh water / Lukewarm water
Tablet
- Dose:- One tablet twice daily
- Anupana:-Along with normal water, During the medication take plenty of water
Syrup
- Dose:- 5-10 ml thrice a day
- Anupana:-Take maximum green fibrous vegetables, avoid bakery item, alcohol, spicy & oily item, during this medication.
